  • Climate Forecast in February around 12 °C (53 °F).

  • Dress Code is HP Inc. Business Casual. Dion and the leadership team have described HP Inc. Business Casual to mean a nice shirt and blue jeans. Take advantage of this non-customer facing meeting as an opportunity to be both fashionable and comfortable!!

  • Bring a light/medium sweater or jacket - for many, the outside temperatures will be a significant departure from your home climate. Your sweater or jacket can also be used at meetings to compensate for differences in "normal" indoor meeting room temperatures.

  • Bring comfortable shoes
    • On all days, some participants will walk a short distance outside to get from their hotel to the Altis Grand.
    • On Tuesday evening, we will have a Tapas & Drinks walking activity around Lisbon's downtown neighborhood.
    • On Wednesday with cooperative weather, strolling from the dinner venue back to the hotel might be a great opportunity to see and experience more of our wonderful host city.
  • Early Arrivals or Extended stays
    • The FY17 PS Support Team has budgeted 4 nights of accommodations (Monday Arrival, Friday Departure) for travelers from the Asia-Pacific and Americas regions. EMEA travelers are offered the option of 3 or 4 nights (Monday Arrival, Thursday or Friday Departure).
    • If you desire additional hotel nights, the Omnitel Team has negotiated a rate of 105 Euros before and after the summit.
